  • 10 eggs*
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 4 c. (1 lb.) Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 cans diced green chilies (4 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Blend all ingredients except chilies, then add the chilies.

    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or until lightly brown on top and firm.
