- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 4 c. (1 lb.) Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
- 2 cans diced green chilies (4 oz.)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Blend all ingredients except chilies, then add the chilies.

3Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or until lightly brown on top and firm.
