  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 14 teaspoon salt

    Cut broccoli into florets.

    Remove stem and seeds and finely slice the chile.

    Cut 4 strips of zest from the lemon.

    In a roasting pan, toss broccoli, chile, and lemon zest with the oil.
