- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese

2In medium saucepan, heat remaining ingredients (reserving 1/4 cup cheese) until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
