  • 1/2 cups Flour (To Dust The Chiles) Plus 1 Tablespoon, Divided
  • 1 block (8 Oz. Size) Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 8 whole Eggs, Separated
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 quart Oil, For Frying
