- 8 oz Sharp cheese
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 5 large Pablano peppers
- 2 salsa casera (small can)
Directions

1pre heat oven to 325

2roast peppers, place in towel to cool.

3remove skin and seeds.

4grease casserole dish

5mix eggs, flour, milk, Chile powder,garlic powder, cilantro flakes, cayenne pepper to taste.

6spread layer of cheese in dish.

7place layer of peppers on top, repeat ending with cheese on top.

8pour egg mixture on top

9bake 45 min.

10or until knife comes out clean,

11top with warmed camera sauce.
