  • 8 oz Shredded Mexican cheese
  • 8 oz Sharp cheese
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 5 large Pablano peppers
  • 2 salsa casera (small can)

    pre heat oven to 325

    roast peppers, place in towel to cool.

    remove skin and seeds.

    grease casserole dish

    mix eggs, flour, milk, Chile powder,garlic powder, cilantro flakes, cayenne pepper to taste.

    spread layer of cheese in dish.

    place layer of peppers on top, repeat ending with cheese on top.

    pour egg mixture on top

    bake 45 min.

    or until knife comes out clean,

    top with warmed camera sauce.
