  • 1 oz. Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp. Onion; chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic; chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Chives; chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger; freshly ground
  • 1 oz. Chile pepper of choice;
  • -chopped
  • Salt to taste

    Heat oil in a large skillet.

    Saute onions, garlic, chives, ginger and chile for three minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add shrimp and cover.
