  • Butter
  • Maggi Seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • salt & pepper (per person)

    Boil the eggs until the only the yolk is soft, while the eggs are cooking, put maggi seasoning sauce on both sides of the bread (not too much!), and butter both sides of the bread. Then break the bread into small pieces and put it all in a bowl. When the eggs are finished, cut off the top and spoon all of the eggs into the bowl. Mix well. Season to taste
