  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/8 cup liquor, white (use your favorite such as pisco, tequila, vodka, etc)
  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • coconut flakes, to taste
