Ingredients: 6 eggs; 1 cup sugar; 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted; 3/4 cup cornstarch; 2 teaspoons baking powder; 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks; 1/8 cup liquor, white (use your favorite such as pisco, tequila, vodka, etc); 1 quart heavy whipping cream; 3/4 cup powdered sugar; coconut flakes, to taste
