- 4 to 8 bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. white Jack cheese
- 1 large can tomato sauce
Directions

1Broil bell peppers, peel skin off. Cut bell peppers in the middle, remove seeds. Brown ground beef, drain.

2Add Jack cheese and cook until done.

3Beat eggs, add flour and salt.

4Fill bell peppers with ground beef mixture.

5Dip bell peppers into egg mixture and fry until done.

6Dip cooked bell peppers into tomato sauce.

7Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes more.

8Serve with rice.
