- 2 cans Diced Green Chilies, Well Drained
- 8 ounces, weight Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Directions

1Grease an 8x8 baking dish.

2Arrange half of the shredded pepper jack cheese in the bottom of the baking dish.

3Spread the diced chiles (well-drained) on top of the cheese layer and top with the remaining pepper-jack cheese.

4Beat the eggs, cream, salt and black pepper well.

5Pour evenly over the chiles and cheese.

6Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.

7Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

8Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
