- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut cabbage into baking dish.

2Brown beef, onion, etc., and pour over cabbage.

3Pour rice over cabbage.

4Add water to tomato soup.

5Heat and pour over cabbage.

6Add Parmesan cheese.

7Cover dish with foil.

8Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

9Fluff with fork before serving.
