  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • chili powder (start with 1/4 small can)
  • 3 to 5 shakes Texas Pete

Directions

    Put onion in a small amount of oil.

    Brown hamburger when onion has been browned a little.

    Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, Texas Pete and chili powder.

    Simmer 45 minutes or longer.

    Taste. May want to add seasonings to taste.
