- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 c. kidney beans (15 oz. can)
- 2 1/2 c. canned whole tomatoes (28 oz. can)
Directions

1Brown beef, then drain off fat and add onion and green pepper. Brown, then add other ingredients.
