- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pkg. Williams chili blend
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Sear meat, onion and flour.

2Place in cooker.

3Add chili blend, chili powder and garlic salt and blend well.

4Add tomato juice and water and bring to a boil.

5Turn heat to low and cook about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
