- 1 to 2 lb. meat of choice
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 12 oz. beer
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/8 c. onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. chili powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 cans kidney beans
Directions

1Sear meat.

2Drain off fat.

3Add tomato sauce and beer.

4Stir in all ingredients except flour.

5Cover pot and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

6Stir flour into warm water to make a thick flowable paste.

7Add to chili.

8Simmer additional 15 to 20 minutes.

9If desired, add beans now.
