- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 (28 oz) cans low sodium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 (8 oz) cans low sodium tomato paste
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons Morton Lite Salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1In dutch oven or 5 quart pot. Brown meat with pam until done. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Stir vegetables and remaining ingredients
