Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chuck or ground turkey
  • Pam
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 (28 oz) cans low sodium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz) cans low sodium tomato paste
  • 2 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons Morton Lite Salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    In dutch oven or 5 quart pot. Brown meat with pam until done. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Stir vegetables and remaining ingredients

    in pot. Cook on low for 3 hours covered.
