- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. warm water
- 6 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, place first four ingredients; stir.

2Add warm water; stir.

3Allow mixture to set 5 minutes; stir.

4Add 4 of the 6 cups of flour to make stiff dough.

5On floured board, knead in remainder of flour until lumps are gone and dough has elasticity.

6Place dough back into mixing bowl.

7Cover and let rise in warm place until dough has doubled in size.
