- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1 small can chili hot beans
- 1 small can kidney beans
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown ground chuck, onion and celery in large skillet.

2Add salt, pepper and chili powder.

3Add both cans of beans and tomatoes.

4Simmer for 20 minutes, adding water as needed.

5Serve with cornbread or crackers.
