- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 (16 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packagemcmormick mild chili seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons molasses
Directions

1Melt butter in pan; saute onion and celery; cook 2 minutes.

2Add ground beef and ground pork; brown.

3In a crock pot or Dutch oven place browned meat, tomato sauce, drained pinto beans, seasoning mix, and molasses.

4Simmer for 1 hour and serve.
