Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/3 c. minced pepper (red or green)
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    In large saucepan, cook and crumble meat until almost brown. Add onions, pepper and garlic.

    Cook until meat is brown and onions are tender.

    Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
