- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. ground oregano
- 6 tsp. chili powder
- 2 qt. canned tomatoes
- 2 c. hot water
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
Directions

1Brown beef in pan.

2Drain grease.

3Add onion, oregano, garlic salt and chili powder.

4Mix well.

5Add tomatoes, water and salt. Bring to a boil.

6Constantly skim off grease.

7Lower temperature and continue cooking

8until chili reaches desired thickness.

9Add sugar to taste, if desired.
