- 4 onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 c. tomato juice
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 lb. dried beans, cooked
Directions

1Brown ground beef; add onions, green pepper and celery.

2Cook until tender; add salt, chili powder, sugar and flour; stir.

3Add tomato juice and catsup; stir.

4Simmer 1 hour; add cooked beans. Cook on low for 1 to 2 hours.

5This will freeze well for later use.
