- 3 to 4 lb. chopped hamburg or turkey
- chopped onions (frozen or fresh)
- 1 (12 oz.) jar medium salsa
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- garlic powder and garlic salt
- chili powder
Directions

1In a Dutch oven pot, saute onions (1/2 bag).

2Once cooked, add meat or turkey.

3When meat is cooked, drain grease from pan.

4Add sauce, crushed tomatoes and salsa.

5Mix in 3 tablespoons of chili powder (more, if desired).

6Sprinkle in garlic salt and pepper to taste.

7Simmer on low for 1/2 to 1 hour.

8Can be frozen and reheated at will.

9If you cook less meat, then omit the can of sauce.
