- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped small or 1/2 tsp. celery powder
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 (16 oz.) tomato juice
- 2 cans red kidney beans (1 mashed)
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Fry hamburger meat and drain well.

2Add onions, bell peppers and celery.

3Blend well.

4Add half of tomato juice and all tomato paste.

5Slowly cook for 25 minutes.

6Add all herbs, salt, black pepper and rest of tomato juice.

7Add enough water to thin out. Turn heat to low and stir regularly.

8Let cook for approximately 35 minutes.

9Watch carefully; don't let stick.
