Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb. hot sausage
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 pkg. French's Chili-O mix
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 lb. pinto beans, cooked
  • 1 can Bush's red hot chili beans
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 medium can tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce (12 or 16 oz.)
  • 1 can Franco-American spaghetti in tomato/cheese sauce
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped (medium hot) (add more peppers for hot)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Brown in cooking oil in heavy skillet: beef, sausage, onions and garlic salt.

    Put chili mix in.

    Mix together rest of ingredients (except spaghetti and tomato/cheese sauce, which you put in last).

    Simmer for about 4 hours.

    Add spaghetti and tomato/cheese sauce.
