- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1 can light kidney beans
- 1 small onion, sliced finely
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 stalk celery, chopped finely
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
Directions

1In large pot, brown ground beef.

2Add salt and pepper.

3Drain grease from meat.

4Add tomato juice, tomatoes, kidney beans, onion and celery.

5Combine remaining spices.

6Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.

7Cook on low for 2 hours.

8Serve with crackers.
