- 2 cans tomato soup (10 3/4 oz. size)
- 1 can chili powder (1 1/4 oz. size)
- 2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
- 1 large onion
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground chuck in a frypan; drain.

2Add chili beans (2 cans of water) and tomato soup (2 cans of water).
