- 1 c. red beans, cooked
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 6 buttons garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cumin seed, ground
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Melt 1/2 pound suet or 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of lard. Brown hamburger, onion and garlic.

2Then add chili powder and cumin.

3Let simmer about 1/2 an hour.

4Add to the beans. If not enough soup, rinse chili pan out and add as much water as you need.
