  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
  • 1 can chili beans

    Brown onion and garlic in oil. Add ground beef;

    brown completely.

    Drain off fat.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Bring to a boil.
