- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 5 hot chili peppers
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add onions, green pepper, celery, garlic, chili powder and bay leaf.

3Cook 8 to 10 minutes until tender.

4Remove fat.

5Add tomatoes, paste and sauce.

6Cover just to top with water.

7Cook over medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
