- 1 large can chili beans or kidney beans
- 1 tsp. onion or more if desired
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook chuck until almost done.

2Drain.

3Add tomato paste, onion, salt and pepper to taste.

4Add 6 ounces of water and simmer 15 minutes.

5Add chili powder.

6Put beans in cooker and simmer.

7Add meat mixture and simmer 15 minutes.

8Serve with crackers and shredded cheese.
