- Wilson's chili mix (in a bag)
- salt and pepper
- 1 to 2 onions
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
- 5 to 10 medium cans tomato sauce
- water
- hot chili seasoning (optional)
- red beans (optional)
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet.

2Pour off excess grease.

3Add onions and continue to cook.

4Remove to a deeper pan.

5Add chili mix (add about 8 to 10 tablespoons per pound of hamburger).

6Coat meat with flour and stir.

7Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

8If too thick, add water.

9Cook slowly to blend seasoning.
