- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 30 oz. Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
- 4 c. cooked pinto beans
- chopped jalapenos to taste
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Directions

1Cook meat, onion and green pepper in large pot.

2Drain. Return to pot.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Simmer for at least one hour after first bringing to a boil.

5Remove bay leaves before serving.
