Ingredients

  • 2 lb. yellow squash (steamed and chopped)
  • 1 or 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 or 2 onions, grated
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • salt, pepper
  • approximately 4 oz. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing

Directions

    Drain cooked squash and mix in large bowl with other ingredients, saving a small amount of margarine and stuffing. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top and dot with margarine.

    Bake in 350° oven for approximately 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
