- 2 lb. yellow squash (steamed and chopped)
- 1 or 2 carrots, grated
- 1 or 2 onions, grated
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- salt, pepper
- approximately 4 oz. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
Directions

1Drain cooked squash and mix in large bowl with other ingredients, saving a small amount of margarine and stuffing. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top and dot with margarine.

2Bake in 350° oven for approximately 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
