- 6 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 tsp. salt
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Heat

2olive oil; add ground meat.

3Sear over high heat, stirring

5until meat is gray. Add water and cook covered at a bubbly simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

6Add all remaining ingredients,

9Cook another 30 minutes at same

11Next add thickening mixed with 1 cup cold water.

12Cook 5 minutes longer to determine if more water is needed for desired consistency.
