- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 medium cans kidney beans
- 2 qt. tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Put into kettle the kidney beans, tomatoes, chili powder and salt to taste.

2Add red pepper.

3In skillet, cook hamburger, onion, garlic powder, oil, celery, Worcestershire sauce and sugar.

4Add hamburger ingredients to kettle and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
