- 1 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. celery
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 green pepper (small; optional)
- 1/8 c. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/2 to 1 c. taco sauce or salsa
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 7/8 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Brown meat; add all ingredients but beans.

3Cover and cook 2 hours at 225°.

4Add beans and cook 30 minutes.
