- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 16 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can red beans, drained
- cayenne pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain completely.

2Add onions and green pepper.

3Stir and cook until onions are clear.

4Stir in spices. Add whole, peeled tomatoes (do not drain) and cut them up with spoon while stirring.

5Add tomato sauce and red beans.

6Allow to simmer for 5 more minutes.

7Add cayenne pepper to taste.
