  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pablano pepper, roasted, seeded, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 box puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp water

    Preheat oven to 400'F.

    Heat pan on medium with butter.

    Once butter melts and bubbles when you swirl it then add onions.

    After onions are translucent, add garlic and cook 30 seconds longer.

    Add hamburger and season.

    Once meat is brown then add broth and breadcrumbs.

    Reduce liquid.

    Mix water and egg in small bowl.

    Roll and seal beef into puff pastry in any shape and size you like.

    Brush top side of patties with egg mixture.

    Cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
