- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can chili beans
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2As meat is browning, add chopped onion to meat.

3After meat has browned, drain off excess fat.

4Add remaining ingredients, except the chili beans to meat.

5Simmer on low for 30 minutes.

6Drain juice of beans and add to chili.

7Cook 10 additional minutes on low and serve.
