- 1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 16 oz. red kidney beans
- 6 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 3 Tbsp. corn flour
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. coriander
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
Directions

1Chop onion and pepper finely, then cook with garlic until onion is soft.

2Brown the ground beef; stir to break up meat. Drain grease.

3Combine all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil.

4Cover pot, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours or more, stirring frequently.

5Include chopped hot peppers for hot chili. Add water if chili gets too thick.
