Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (No. 2) cans Hunt's chili beans
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. or more chili powder
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Brown meat, onion and garlic.

    Simmer for a few minutes.

    Add chili powder, paprika and oregano.

    Stir to mix.

    Add 1 cup hot water and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Add tomato sauce, tomato soup, 1 soup can water and the 2 cans of chili beans.

    Simmer for 1 hour. Serve with chopped onion, grated cheese and/or sour cream.
