- 2 cans red kidney beans
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 to 4 tsp. chili powder or to taste

1In large pot, saute veggies and brown meat; drain oil.
