  • 1 lb. venison, beef, chicken or pork
  • 1 Tbsp. Puritan oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 onion (2 1/2-inch), chopped fine
  • 1 lb. can whole tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans

    Heat oil in a skillet; add meat, garlic and onion.
