- 1 large chopped white onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (26 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can precooked red chili beans
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions

1In a frying pan brown ground beef with chopped onion and green pepper.

2Strain all grease and transfer to large stewing pot.

3Add all remaining ingredients and cover the pot.

4Cook on medium-high heat for one hour.
