  • 1 1/2 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. butterscotch chips, melted

Directions

    Mix graham crackers and butter and press in 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min.

    Combine coconut and lowfat milk and spread over first layer and bake 15 min longer.

    Spread melted chips on top.

    Cold and cut.
