- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can chili hot beans
- 1 medium can tomatoes
- 1 medium can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Brown beef in a large pan.

2Drain off grease.

3Add onions and some water.

4Simmer until onion is tender.

5Add flour; stir well. Add beans, salt, chili powder, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

6Simmer 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
