Ingredients

  • 3 medium onions
  • 4 to 5 stalks celery
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 can water

Directions

    Chop onions, bell pepper and celery.

    Cook these in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add meat and cook until meat crumbles.

    Add all remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for 1 hour.

    If chili is too thick, add a little more water.

    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
