- 3 medium onions
- 4 to 5 stalks celery
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 can water
Directions

1Chop onions, bell pepper and celery.

2Cook these in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.

3Add meat and cook until meat crumbles.

4Add all remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for 1 hour.

5If chili is too thick, add a little more water.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
