- 3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
- 3 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning
Directions

1Brown ground chuck with onion.

2Add kidney beans, tomatoes and chili seasoning.

3Bring to a boil; immediately reduce heat to 250° and cook 1/2 hour, then turn heat down to simmer, and simmer an additional 45 minutes.

4Serve with sour cream and grated Cheddar cheese.
