- 1 large and 1 small can kidney beans
- 1 large can tomato puree
- 4 large onions, chopped thin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
- dash of Tabasco
- salt to taste
- 1 large and 1 small can water
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cook onions and green pepper in small amount of oil; set aside.

2Brown meat in same skillet.

3In large pot, put kidney beans, water, tomato puree, salt, garlic, Tabasco and chili powder.

4Bring to boil, reduce heat and add meat, onions and pepper.

5Simmer until ready to serve.
