  • 1 large and 1 small can kidney beans
  • 1 large can tomato puree
  • 4 large onions, chopped thin
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
  • dash of Tabasco
  • salt to taste
  • 1 large and 1 small can water
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Directions

    Cook onions and green pepper in small amount of oil; set aside.

    Brown meat in same skillet.

    In large pot, put kidney beans, water, tomato puree, salt, garlic, Tabasco and chili powder.

    Bring to boil, reduce heat and add meat, onions and pepper.

    Simmer until ready to serve.
